The king and the queen of Ampoka were sited in their various chair in the palace. Their only daughter and child, Princess Shaba, was sitting on a chair fit for a princess. The king and queen were staring at their daughter.
King: What do you see my daughter?
Princess Shaba: I see danger, something evil is coming.
King: Ehmm my precious daughter, what did you mean by that? What danger are you speaking of? Please elaborate on that.
Princess Shaba: It is not clear yet what danger it is. But we all need to be careful.
Queen: Careful of what? My daughter, please make us to understand what you are saying.
Princess Shaba: I don't know. I only sense that evil is fast approaching towards this kingdom. But, there is also a good news.
Queen: Good news? What goodnews?
Princess Shaba: The lost one will be lead home. The one to end all is approaching fast. I can feel it. The time is drawing near, but am sad.
King: Sad? How? Why are you sad my precious daughter?
Princess Shaba: Because at times the good ones are sometimes let astray. But the future knows all. We can not prevent what will happen in this kingdom. We all have to be careful unless, this kingdom is forever Doom.
Queen: Are there any vision you are seeing apart from the one you just told us now?
Princess Shaba: No, I see nothing else (Rise to her feet, then proceed to bow her head) I am taking my leave now (Princess Shaba clapped her hands twice and her maid came out and walked towards her) Tasha, it is time for me to return to my chamber.
Tasha: Yes my princess (She took hold of the princess hand and took her out of the palace to Shaba's Chamber)

Queen: At times, I wonder why the gods made my daughter, my only child, blind from child birth.
King: Hmm, that is true. But have you forgotten so soon that we were given hope that one day she will regain her sight back once the lost one is home?.
Queen: I know my king, I know. It is not a joy to me when I wake up everyday seeing my daughter in her present condition. My daughter growing up with her blindness. I wonder when the lost one would be lead home.
King: We can't do anything than to depend on the gods of this great kingdom.
Queen: So true, the gods knows best.
King: Yes they know.
To Be Continued.
